The well-known landing page for accessing CODE-DE's extensive services will be adapted to the latest technical developments and will get a new look and feel in the next few days.

At CODE-DE, we are currently implementing a series of technical innovations and enhancements:

  • In addition to the new, more powerful data catalog based on the OData standard, data provision has been switched from the previous data sources to the new ESA data service CDSE (Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem).
  • The conversion of the previous "EO Finder" to the new, improved "Data Explorer" data service is imminent.
  • An e-learning platform and a user forum have been available for some time now, which can be used by CODE-DE and EO-Lab users alike.
  • The extensive collection of knowledge base articles is being expanded to include new elements such as Kubernetes and application-specific tutorials (Cutting Edge).

These extensive technical developments are now reflected by a new CODE-DE front end. The final tests are currently underway and the go-live of the new site is planned before the end of the year.

We hope that these adjustments will make cloud-based earth observation services even more accessible for you and look forward to your feedback.
