Updated information on potential data and processor issues in EO Finder related to recent backend services and API upgrades.
As you probably know, we have recently introduced a new API for the CODE-DE and EO-Lab data catalogue. In case you missed the announcement, you can find more information in this News Article.
We are aware that due to this update users might have been experiencing issues with data and processor availability on EO Finder. Please note that the mentioned API and catalogue change is one in a series of updates that we are performing over the course of the next months in order to further improve our services quality and availability for you. During this transition period, we are striving to keep the interruptions to an absolute minimum.
The most recent upgrade was a major change to the backend services and APIs. This led to minor backward incompatibilities that can occur, for example, when using the EO Finder. The new updated application to replace the EO Finder is ready - there will be more news on this soon.
